A specialist HRIS position focused on supporting, maintaining, and developing the organisation’s iTrent environment following a major implementation project. This role will work closely with HR and Payroll teams, leading on system optimisation, reporting, integrations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead HRIS specialist for the iTrent platform
- Support and enhance HR and Payroll system functionality
- Manage and support system upgrades, fixes, and change requests
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support issue resolution
- Develop and maintain reports using Business Objects and other reporting tools
- Support payroll audit readiness and reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Maintain integrations between iTrent and third-party systems
- Support HR and Payroll teams with data analysis and reporting
- Deliver user training and support ongoing system adoption
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders on system improvements
