Salary: £350 per day

Client notes: Outsource all their ER to an organisation. They need someone to come in and review the process and suggest improvements or adaptations.

Need someone with shared service experience, ER experience and third party experience - experience using a third-party organisation for ER.

Project Title: ER Governance Service Review (12 Weeks)

Project Aim: To stabilise ER delivery, reduce risk, and deliver a decision-ready recommendation on the future ER operating model.

Phases:

  • Weeks 1–2: Diagnose Stabilise
  • Weeks 3–6: Govern Generate Insight
  • Weeks 7–10: Design Future Model Options
  • Weeks 11–12: Decision Handover

Key Deliverables:

  • ER governance framework
