A client-facing payroll role within a professional services environment, managing your own portfolio while delivering accurate, compliant payroll services. You'll work as part of a collaborative team, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients
  • Ensure payrolls are completed accurately and on time in line with statutory requirements
  • Process starters, leavers, salary changes, and adjustments
  • Handle statutory payments, pension deductions, and benefits changes
  • Submit RTI reports and liaise with HMRC where required
  • Generate payroll reports (e.g. P45s) and manage payslip distribution
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure audit compliance
  • Manage payroll deadlines across multiple clients
  • Support client billing and administrative processes
  • Respond to client payroll queries and provide high-quality service
