Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end monthly payroll processing across multiple countries in EMEA and the Americas.
Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs including starters, leavers, changes, benefits, deductions, and variable pay.
Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and pre/post-payroll checks.
Ensure compliance with international payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
