Basic salary: £25,000 per annum plus uncapped commission

Realistic earning potential: £35,000 in year one rising to £50,000+ in year 2

James Grace Associates was formed in 2018 to support two key areas of the recruitment market:

  • James Grace Local: supporting clients within the local area to match talent to opportunities and support the local community.
  • James Grace Technical: specialising in permanent and contract hires within the UK Engineering sector, working predominantly within the service installation and repairs side of Engineering.

Following a record breaking year, we are now looking to add to our James Grace Technical division. We are looking for individuals with a strong desire to succeed, competitive (but not aggressive) nature and most importantly, strong team players.

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally, previous experience in a sales/telephone based role or experience gained within a technical/engineering role.
  • Full UK driving license and able to commute to our offices in Coalville, Leicestershire on a daily basis.
