Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator with experience in the furniture industry? We are recruiting for a Key Account Administrator to join a fast-growing company based in Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

As a Key Account Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining accurate customer and account records
  • Taking customer payments over the phone
  • Answering inbound customer calls and responding to enquiries
  • Providing quotations to customers
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
  • Carrying out general office administration duties

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role within the furniture industry (essential)
  • Experience using CRM systems
