Business Accountant – Temp to Perm

Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm
Starting Salary: £35,000 per annum
Salary increase to £40,000+ after successful probation
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Accountant to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Grantham.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, starting with a 13-week agency period before moving onto a permanent contract for the right candidate.
About the Role:
You will play a key role within the finance team, supporting the business with day‑to‑day accounting functions and financial reporting. The successful candidate must have previous experience working as a Business Accountant and be confident working within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

- AAT
- CTA
- ATT
