Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machinist to join our Client based in Coalville.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a Barudan Multi-Head embroidery machine to produce high-quality Garments.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in Embroidery looking to utilise their technical skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Operate a range of machining tools and equipment with precision to produce specified components
Work orders to ensure accurate production
Maintain and calibrate machinery regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
Conduct quality checks on finished products, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of quality
Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Assist with inventory management by tracking materials used and replenishing supplies as needed
Experience
Previous experience in manufacturing and a Barudan machinery environment is preferred
Familiarity with sewing or textile-related machinery is advantageous but not essential
Ability to read technical diagrams and operate machinery safely and efficiently
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
