James George Recruitment is working closely with 3 very successful Asset Finance Funders in their search for hungry, driven and motivated Business Development Managers. All of these businesses focus on financing “soft” assets and their route to market is via Vendors. Whilst you may inherit some Vendor relationships, it’s still important that you have the hunger and drive to hunt for new Reseller contacts too. These will be client development and sales focused roles that will be exciting and challenging where your success is well within your own control. You’ll be working for a Funder with the security of a decent Basic salary but where the commissions will compete with those available at successful Brokerages!

- The ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years in a leasing sales role, ideally selling finance for “soft assets”.
- Strong level of negotiating and solution selling skills.
- We have previously had success placing candidates who have only worked for Vendors (with an understanding of Leasing) so this background would suit too.
