We are partnering with a highly successful and growing construction business with an annual turnover of £80m-£100m, seeking an experienced and commercially astute Finance Director to join its senior leadership team. The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Director will be responsible for leading the finance function and providing strategic financial insight across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the finance team to deliver best-in-class financial reporting and controls
- Providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and operational efficiency
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Ensuring robust financial governance, compliance, and internal controls
- Partnering with operational teams to drive profitability and performance

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a highly capable finance leader with strong sector experience and a hands-on approach. Key requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA essential)
