Are you an experienced Recoveries or Collections professional looking for your next opportunity within a respected asset finance business?

We're partnering with a highly regarded international asset finance organisation to recruit 4 Recoveries Account Managers to join their established Collections team.

Due to increased workload and ongoing projects, opportunities are available on both 6-month and 12-month fixed-term contracts, offering the chance to work within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in asset finance, leasing or motor finance who enjoys balancing commercial decision-making with delivering positive customer outcomes.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts within the 60-90 day arrears and recoveries cycle, working to minimise losses while delivering fair and appropriate customer outcomes.

You'll negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements, assess recovery strategies and work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and broker partners to maximise recoveries.

You'll also play an important role in identifying vulnerable customers, reviewing contractual documentation, making recommendations around provisions and write-offs, and supporting continuous improvements across the recoveries function.

We're keen to speak with professionals who have: At least 2-3 years' experience within Collections and Recoveries.

A background in Asset Finance, Leasing or Motor Finance.

Experience handling bad debt, insolvency, litigation and asset recovery.

Knowledge of Consumer Credit and finance agreements.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

The ability to make balanced commercial decisions while treating customers fairly.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio independently.

Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel experience desirable).

Experience of Alfa would be advantageous, although not essential.
