Barnes Roffe Recruitment have partnered with a highly successful Manufacturing Client in their search for a Payroll Manager. Responsibilities will include: Full end to end payroll processing for all payrolls. Complete payroll reconciliations and analysis Responsible for the administration of the payrolls without supervision, including administer RTI submissions and process end of year forms P60 and P45, P46 and P11D’s Liaison with sites/employees for any payroll queries Analysing and reporting on payroll data Auditing the payroll to make sure it satisfies all government regulations. Ad hoc duties as required Experience required A technically strong payroll professional – ideally CIPP Qualified Computer literate Have extensive knowledge of PAYE/NIC and statutory payments e.g. Redundancy, SMP and SSP Extensive knowledge of pension schemes including the Auto Enrolment process Proactively develop and keep up to date with new payroll legislation and compliance.
