These are fantastic opportunities to join a collaborative New Business team within an organisation that provides vendor and equipment finance across a broad range of sectors.

The New Business team plays a critical role in ensuring approved proposals are correctly documented in line with risk and sales requirements, and that deals are processed efficiently through to activation and payout. You'll be liaising closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure documentation is accurate while delivering an excellent standard of service, often within tight timescales.

Key responsibilities

  • Collate new business documentation through to payment stage with vendor/dealer/broker partners
  • Liaise with vendors, dealers and brokers to obtain correct and valid documentation, resolving any issues directly
  • Contact end users where required to confirm equipment delivery and acceptance
  • Ensure variable rate deals are correctly loaded with cashflows prior to payout
  • Check deals against credit acceptance terms and agreed partner agreements, liaising with sales and risk as needed
  • Ensure deals are accurately loaded onto internal systems and enriched where applicable
  • Liaise with the finance department on deal pricing and booking of funds ahead of payout
  • Authorise supplier invoices for payout within agreed limits
  • Reconcile agreements ready for payout before passing to finance
  • Produce Welcome Letters and collate documentation for dispatch
  • Manage ancillary documentation such as Notices of Assignment
  • Support wider business and process improvement projects as required

Requirements:

  • Highly numerate with strong, practical problem-solving skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good time management, organisation and administrative skills
  • Confident IT skills, particularly Word and Excel (Access desirable)
