Sales Support Administrator – Commercial Finance in Loughborough

James George Recruitment is working with an established and growing commercial finance brokerage. They are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team at their office near Junction 21 of the M1. This is a support role, not a sales role. There are no targets to hit and no new business to find. You'll be the person who keeps deals moving, working alongside the brokers to make sure every deal goes through smoothly from enquiry to payout. The role Preparing proposals and submitting them to a panel of funders Chasing clients for supporting documents, such as bank statements, accounts and ID Following up with funders on proposals, credit decisions and documentation Keeping the CRM and deal pipeline accurate and up to date Being a point of contact for clients and funders, and keeping everyone informed of progress Helping the brokers with day-to-day administration so they can focus on selling About you Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail Persistent and confident when chasing people, whether by phone or email A strong communicator who builds good working relationships Able to manage several deals at once and prioritise effectively Experience in asset finance, commercial finance, lending or broker support is a real advantage, but not essential. Strong administrators from other financial services or sales support backgrounds will be considered.
