Corporate Social Responsibility Manager – 18 month FTC Greater London/Hybrid Competitive salary package James George Recruitment have partnered with a globally respected asset finance firm in their search for a CSR Manager. This role will be offered on an 18 month FTC as will be covering maternity. The role can be offered on a full time basis or 3-4 days per week where your salary would be pro-rata’d. You will be required to attend their office 2 days per week. You will give strong direction and purpose to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda of this prestigious Asset Finance House. This will involve creating and developing existing strategies that promote sustainable values, ethics and governance across their business. The two main parts of this role are managing both the internal CSR initiatives to ensure maximum employee engagement, alongside the Environment and Social Governance (ESG) commitment and business priority. Key responsibilities: Responsible for executing the ESG plan roadmap and deliverables, specifically the Carbon Reduction Action Plan and ESG platform reporting (currently Ecovadis) Be the main point of contact with the regulator and different leasing association on ESG topics Prepare ad hoc regular communication and reporting for the internal and external Boards and Committees Support the business priority for diversit…
