Our Client is seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration and support of their ERP system. Acting as a key link between IT and the wider business, this role focuses on system configuration, user support, and the continuous improvement of ERP processes. This is a hands-on administration and system ownership role and not a software development position.
Key responsibilities:
- ERP Administration & Support
- Reporting to IT Manager
- Act as the primary administrator for the Acumatica ERP system
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Provide first- and second-line ERP support to users across the business
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate system and process documentation
- Manage change control within the Acumatica ERP environment
- Configuration & Continuous Improvement
- Configure screens, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Support minor enhancements and ongoing process improvements
- Assist with system testing and upgrades
- Support data imports and exports
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal departments to gather requirements
- Liaise with external Acumatica partners and suppliers
- Coordinate and communicate system changes effectively
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience administering or supporting an ERP system
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable
- Acumatica experience or certification
- ERP reporting experience
- Basic understanding of system integrations
