Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management & Service Delivery
    • Grow the new client base and extend services to existing clients
    • Ensure delivery of high-quality client service within agreed deadlines and budgets
  • Business Development
    • Support partners and directors in achieving growth targets by building the Manchester ABAS function
    • Confidently network across the Manchester market, generating leads from intermediaries and contacts
  • Technical & Quality
    • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge relevant to the role
    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting, tax, audit, and regulatory standards
    • Support quality assurance and risk management initiatives
  • Team Leadership & People Management
    • Grow a portfolio and develop a team in a new location (Manchester)
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
    • Contribute to the North-West Senior Leadership team
