James George Recruitment are working closely with a successful Asset Finance Brokerage who are adding to their team. We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join a dynamic and supportive team based between Epping and Chelmsford.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be playing a key role in this highly lucrative industry, by picking up the phone and treating every conversation as an opportunity. This is high-volume outbound calling, mostly generated through warm leads that already report a 70% response rate.

You’ll need charisma and a professional, rapport-building personality as well as determination and a vision to generate business and create a rewarding lifestyle for yourself.

Don’t worry, full initial and ongoing training and support will be given so you understand the industry and start to see results.
