Client Profile: I am a 34yr old singer and Dungeons & Dragons player. I enjoy a busy social life, reading books, playing board games and am a big musical theatre fan. I also have a part time office job.
Job Description : I suffer from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a progressive muscle-wasting condition, so require assistance with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, eating, driving and attending work. This will enable me to pursue my interests and lead a full and enjoyable social life.
Requirements: Applicants should have a caring disposition, be willing to work a mixture of night & day shifts including weekends, and be reliable, positive, flexible and enthusiastic. Caring experience would be useful but not essential as thorough induction and on-the-job training will be provided.
A full U.K. valid Driving Licence is essential.
