Warranty Supervisor Southport QLD

Join one of the largest automotive dealership networks. This role will be responsible for leading the warranty team, overseeing compliance, reporting, and data analysis to ensure effective operations and growth.

The successful candidate will undertake the following:

• Oversee end-to-end warranty operations for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with manufacturers and internal partners.
• Manage & mentor a team of 12+ for continued growth and contribution.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all warranty claims, meeting or exceeding brand KPIs, including the return of any required parts or reports.
• Ensure correct customer‑orientated application of warranty policies to maximise customer satisfaction results.
• Carry out site visits ensuring service departments comply with all manufacturer warranty requirements & in‑house warranty health checks.
• Responsible for all manufacturer warranty audits and reporting.

Success in this role involves maintaining efficient workflows, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and building positive relationships with internal teams and manufacturers. You will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a Warranty Supervisor, Service Manager or Warranty Clerk role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines, claim processes, and dealership management systems (e.g. ERA, Auto‑IT, Pentana).
• Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with internal teams and manufacturers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a current Australian driver’s licence.
