We are now seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join the team at Southport.
What the role entails:
- Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
- Liaising with customers to assist with spare parts and accessories enquiries
- Assist with stock checking and order processing
- Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source parts
- Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
- Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service
What we are looking for:
- Genuine parts interpreting experience
- Current manual drivers license
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Pentana background in inventory control preferred
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Previous supervisory experience and team leadership is preferred, however not essential
