About the Role:
As the Fleet Manager, you\’ll be responsible for driving fleet sales, building long-term relationships with local and national businesses, and delivering outstanding service to corporate clients. You\’ll be the face of Doncaster Hyundai’s fleet offering; ensuring our clients get the right vehicles, the right packages, and the right support.

- Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Manage relationships with corporate and leasing customers

- Provide expert advice on vehicle specs, finance packages, and aftercare
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fleet or business-to-business automotive sales role
- Strong understanding of the fleet market, including tax and funding options
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- A full Australian driving licence
