We have a unique opportunity for a Trainee Sales Consultant to join the dynamic team at our modern showroom in Doncaster. As an Audi Expert you will be responsible for sharing your knowledge, enhancing the driving experience and helping to excite and inspire customers about the Audi brand. You will be able to bring the Audi brand to life whilst confidently answering technical questions, supporting customers in their selection process and providing an outstanding vehicle handover experience.
What we are looking for:

- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications

What the role entails:
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. We will train you in the below:
- Handling enquiries and prospecting for new customers
- Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
- Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features
- Keen to work full-time including Saturdays (weekday RDO)
