We have a unique opportunity for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the dynamic team at our modern showroom in Doncaster. As an Audi Expert you will be responsible for sharing your knowledge, enhancing the driving experience and helping to excite and inspire customers about the Audi brand. You will be able to bring the Audi brand to life whilst confidently answering technical questions, supporting customers in their selection process and providing an outstanding vehicle handover experience.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in prestige automotive sales (preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Strong attentiveness and focus
- Ability to set personal goals and targets
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications
- Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
- A passion for providing consistent outstanding customer service
- Be willing to work hard and have fun
What the role entails:
- Handling enquiries and prospecting for new customers
- Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
- Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features
- Keen to work full-time including Saturdays (weekday RDO)
