We are recruiting for a Customer Service Consultantto join our Business Development Centre located in Southport. The Business Development Centre (Hub) is the heartbeat of Frizelle Sunshine Automotive.

Contact Centre: The voice of the business – managing inbound & outbound calls, sales enquiries, internet leads, emails, live chat, customer retention, customer service. Currently a Multi-channel contact centre soon to undergo a digital transformation to Omni-channel.

  • Interacting with a high volume of customers
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer experience
  • Various ad-hoc administration-based functions
  • Working towards KPIs and other performance outcomes
