We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our busy Accounts team in Southport.
About the opportunity:
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to investigate or advise any discrepancies in accounts
- Maintenance/distribution of a high-volume emails
- Process daily banking duties across various sites of the business
- Manage Credit Applications within a team environment
- Raise accurate invoices as requested in reasonable timeframe
- Working within team to complete month end deadlines/goals
- Manage customer credit limits
- Franchise related tasks and queries as required
- Ad-hoc administration duties and support to our Accounts department as required
About you:
You’ll be successful in this role if you enjoy working in a busy team, take pride in accuracy, manage your time well, and approach each task with a positive, can-do attitude. You will demonstrate:
- Experience in an accounts/administration department or hospitality background preferred
- An ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills both within a department and with stakeholders in the broader Group
- Strong attention to detail
- Data entry skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
