Based in Stevenston Ayrshire, Glasgow, Inverclyde, Dumfries, we directly employ over 410 people including 56 apprentices.
We are currently seeking to recruit a newly qualified Graduate Site Manager to join our Dumfries team working on new build, installations and maintenance in Dumfries and Galloway. Based at our Dumfries office in Heathhall, we offer an excellent starting salary, opportunities to further career in a management capacity, long term prospects, holiday pay and company pension contributions. Successful candidates will:

- Have recently completed a Construction Management related degree programme.
- Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Possess a strong desire to deliver positive outcomes for customers and clients alike.
- Be able to work effectively with project plans, construction drawings, and budgets with minimum supervision.
Graduate Site Managers are responsible for:
- Carrying out construction management tasks including preparing project plans, managing labour plant and materials on site.
- Prepare, monitor and control project budgets and work closely with James Frew Commercial Team to manage projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all works are carried out to a high standard of quality in line with our James Frew Way quality aspirations.
