Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar IT-related role
- Experience providing a high level of technical support to a range of clients
- Windows Server 2012–2022 experience
- Windows Desktop 7/11 experience
- Office 365 knowledge
- Networking ability, including DNS, routing, and switching
- VMware experience
- Azure experience
- Active Directory experience
- MSP experience is advantageous, although not essential
- Access to your own vehicle due to office location
Responsibilities
- Resolve daily client tickets, including software troubleshooting, installs and updates, and hardware faults
- Attend client sites when required to fix onsite faults and hardware issues
- Provide a high level of technical support while maintaining excellent customer service
- Work on both day-to-day support tasks and project work
- Act as the go-to person for questions and queries from other Engineers
