Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services field is seeking a Trainee Sales and Marketing Executive to join their Marketing department on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to company growth at an exciting time, our client is looking to add a Trainee Sales and Marketing Executive to their team, where you will be reaching out to new and prospective customers, making appointments for Brokers and assisting with Marketing duties when required. This is the ideal role for someone looking to kickstart their career in this field. You will also be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone. Due to the location of the role, you will be required to have access to your own vehicle. Key Responsibilities: * Make up to 20 calls per day to prospective clients, followingup on enquiries and booking appointments and meetings * Followup all conversations with information and confirmation details via email * Manage internal booking process and update systems accordingly * Support with email marketing campaigns * Support with social media duties, helping the team launch their TikTok channel * Assistant with the production of marketing campaigns * Write Marketing copy when needed Key Experience: * Previous experience dealing with customers either over the phone or face to face would be advantageous * Genuine interest in Marketing * Comfortable making outbound calls to clients, building relationships and acting as the first point of contact for queries * Keenness and enthusiasm to kickstart a career in the Finance industry * Marketing experience / exposure to Photoshop / video editing tools would be advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, personable and driven candidate to begin their career as a Trainee Sales and Marketing Executive.
