Our client, a leading business in the Care sector is seeking a Regional Care Consultant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking to hire a Regional Care Consultant, where you will be working in a field-based role dealing directly with new clients, assisting with the ongoing management and support of designated Carers.
The ideal candidate must drive, and would have some background in the Care sector, confident working directly with clients whilst understanding their needs and managing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial assessments in client homes, conducting in-person evaluations and putting together care plans
- Identify and assess risks in the clients’ homes
- Understand the needs and requirements of the client, matching / suggesting the correct Carer to the designated client
- Build and maintain relationships with the client and their family
- Ensure a high level of service is maintained
- Complete and manage all records and administrative duties in relation to clients
- Background in the Care sector, understanding of clients needs whilst being able to match the correct Carer to the relevant client
- Confident liaising with clients face to face, understanding their needs whilst maintaining relationships
- Excellent administrative ability, confident working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Confident working closely and conducting regular meetings with Carers
