Our client, a leading business in the Financial services industry is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an exciting period of growth within the business, our client is looking to add an Office Administrator to the team, where you will be required to provide a high-level of administrative support to the office, whilst liaising directly with colleagues, clients and providers on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will be a keen, enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administrator role, and be able to access the Tonbridge office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for any client queries, questions or updates, ensuring a high-level of customer service and communication is maintained at all times.
  • Complete administrative tasks with a high-degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with different departments across the business to ensure the smooth-running of daily work.
  • Updating internal systems and databases.
  • Complete client documentation when required, liaising with other departments across the business to ensure smooth-completion of work.
Key Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, confident liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties of all levels.
  • Any Financial Services experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task when required.
  • Able to use initiative in a fast-paced setting.
