Our client, a market-leading Motor Finance Lender is seeking a Regional Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an exciting period within the business our client is looking for a Regional Manager with Motor / Motor Finance experience to join their team, working closely with existing introducers in the Motor sector to build and manage relationships, maintain pipelines and source new introducers.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales or Account Management within Motor Finance or the Motor sector, showcasing a strong understanding of the industry with experience building and maintaining relationships. Due to the nature of the role candidates will be required to drive either with access to their own vehicle, or with the use of a company vehicle. This is a regional role covering North Scotland, including the post codes AB, IV, PH and DD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify, target and onboard new introducers
  • Present and pitch the clients’ proposition to maximise conversion
  • Consistently deliver lending targets within your region
  • Support introducers with training, deal structuring and education in order to drive sales
  • Ensure a working knowledge of FCA regulations is maintained, ensuring all introducer activity is compliant
Key Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience in the Motor Finance / Lending field is desirable, or previous experience in the Motor trade
  • Strong relationship builder, confident building new relationships whilst acting as the go-to for any client queries
  • Understanding or familiarity with FCA guidelines and regulations would be advantageous
  • Good understanding of the lending process
  • Confident working independently, working towards targets whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is maintained in your work at all times
