Our client, a leading US Law Firm is seeking a Trainee Mail Room Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a keen, enthusiastic and driven candidate to join a world-leading Law Firm as a Trainee Mail Room Assistant, where you will work as part of a close-knit team providing a high-level of Mail Room and Reprographics support to the firm.
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience of Mail Room / Office services support, however candidates with no experience in this area will also be considered. This is a great opportunity for someone to kickstart their career in this field within a leading firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting incoming post and delivering amongst the office
- Franking outgoing mail, including processing special deliveries and orders
- Sending and tracking of couriers
- Ordering supplies for the office
- Support with conference room set ups
- Records scanning
- Support with adhoc requests within the office
Key Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, confident working with colleagues of all levels across the office
- Be familiar with office-based tasks such as sorting post, scanning and printing
- Able to work both independently as part of a wider team
- Organised and efficient, able to prioritise tasks
- Good IT skills
