Our client, a leading Financial Advisor is seeking a Paraplanner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an exciting period within the business our client is looking for a Paraplanner with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join their team, working closely with and supporting Advisers to ensure high-quality, compliant advice is given. Due to the location of the office candidates will be required to drive / have access to their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality suitability reports across investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning
  • Conduct technical research based on client information
  • Produce cashflow modelling and planning illustrations for clients
  • Support Advisers with pre- and post-meeting preparations
  • Ensure a high-level of communication is maintained with clients at all times
  • Support Advisers with administrative tasks, ensuring a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

Key Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner, supporting IFAs in a regulated environment
  • Qualifications are advantageous although candidates who are not fully-qualified will be considered also
  • Used to working both independently and as part of a team, working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
  • Experience writing suitability reports
  • Good understanding of the regulated advice process
