Our client, a leading business in their industry is seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an exciting period of growth within the business our client is looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join their team. You will be working closely with others to source, screen and qualify high-calibre candidates, ensuring quality standards of applicants are at the highest levels.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or from an Agency, and be confident working with colleagues and candidates of all levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-screen candidates with in-depth phone screenings, assessing qualifications and overall suitability
- Conduct and assess video interviews
- Use job boards, social media and other platforms to attract high-calibre candidates
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Screen all incoming job applications to shortlist suitable candidates
- Previous recruitment experience, either from an Agency or in-house
- Excellent communicator, confident liaising with colleagues and candidates of all levels
- Confident working both independently and as part of the wider team, ensuring highest standards of service are maintained at all times
- Understanding of compliance
- Able to assess candidate suitability for roles, making decisions in line with business needs
