Our client, a leading US Law Firm is seeking a Finance Legal Assistant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to an exciting period of growth, our client is looking for a Finance Legal Assistant to join them on a permanent basis, working closely with a Senior Associate to support with the day-to-day work and administration associated with increases, extensions, amendments and re-financing of existing agreements.
This role would suit someone with a Legal background, ideally in a Paralegal role or similar, either with existing Finance knowledge or keen to transfer their skills and experience into this area of Law.
Key Experience:
- Previous experience in a Paralegal or Legal Assistant role is a must
- Finance experience is desirable, although not essential
- Confident working both independently and as part of the wider team
- Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Competent working with different time zones
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
