Our client, a leading business in their field is seeking a Distribution / Warehouse Trainer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking to add a Distribution / Warehouse Trainer to their team, working closely with both new starters and existing staff members to upskill and ensure training levels are maintained to the highest standards at all times.
The ideal candidate will have previous Warehouse experience with prior experience in training MSO’s and warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment. Due to the location of the office candidates will be required to have access to their own vehicle. The hours of the role are predominantly Monday-Friday 8-5.30PM, however you may be required to work outside of this shift from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:- Train new starters and conduct refresher training on MHE power pallet and counter-balance trucks
- Be a subject matter expert in the role of MSO within the warehouse
- Act as a coach and mentor for new starters, confident acting as the go-to for any questions or queries
- Deliver a consistently high standard of training – PPT, Counterbalance and MSO duties
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained and adhered to at all times
- Previous experience in a similar training role is desirable, or a role where training to other staff members has been required
