Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking an Office Administrator to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking to add a keen, enthusiastic and friendly candidate to their team as an Office Administrator.
As part of this role you will be providing a high-level of support to the office, meeting and greeting clients, managing diaries, supporting with administrative duties and acting as the first point of contact for client calls. Due to the location of the office candidates will be required to drive / have access to their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering the phone, taking messages and acting as the first point of contact for office visitors
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post
- Supporting other team members with office tasks when necessary
- Preparing meeting rooms for clients
- Ensuring all internal systems and databases are maintained and updated
- Completing all administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is maintained at all times
- Strong telephone manner
