Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Client Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to growth our client is looking for a Client Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, where you will be required to be the first point of contact for clients, colleagues and third parties, providing a high level of customer service support whilst completing administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ office experience in a customer service or administration role, and will be keen to forge a career in the Financial Services / Mortgage industry. You will also benefit from support from the employer towards professional qualifications. Key Responsibilities: – Build and maintain relationships within the business and with a broad range of clients – Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing a high level of support at all times – Liaise with different teams within the business, providing a high level of administrative support where necessary – Update and maintain internal systems and databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times – Work towards standards and regulations at all times – Manage internal diary systems and calendars – Complete administration duties where necessary – Confident answering any client questions and queries Key Experience: – A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an office environment, providing a high level of customer service and administration support – Excellent communicator, confident liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties of all levels – Able to work both independently and as part of a team – Be happy to work towards professional qualifications – Genuine interest in the Mortgage / Financial Services industry with a keenness to progress – Able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times This is an excellent opportunity for a Client Administrator to join a thriving business who are leaders in their field.
