Our client, a well-established and leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Client Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to growth, our client is seeking a Client Administrator to provide a high level of customer service and administrative support to the team, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail are maintained from start through to completion with all administrative tasks, whilst liaising with different departments within the company and clients on a daily basis.

The successful Client Administrator will ideally have a minimum of 1 years’ previous experience in a similar administration/customer service role in any sector where you have been required to provide a high level of service to clients, acting as the first point of contact for any questions or queries. Candidates with experience in the Insurance, Mortgage, Property or Financial Services sectors are urged to apply, although all other industries will be considered also.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with departments within the business and external clients and third parties
  • Act as the first point of contact for any client queries or questions, redirecting where necessary
  • Ensure timelines and timescales are adhered to as closely as possible
  • Liaise with third parties such as Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents
