Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, ideally handling 2nd Line support requests
- Strong networking knowledge, including WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and switches
- Knowledge of backup technologies
- Good MS365 knowledge is advantageous
- Experience with Active Directory and VMware or HyperV
- Confident working with users at all levels and delivering strong customer service
- Ability to drive and access to own vehicle
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support to a broad range of clients remotely and on-site
- Handle day-to-day support tasks and project work
- Act as the first point of contact for clients
- Escalate issues from junior Engineers and act as an escalation point
- Ensure a high level of service is maintained for clients at all times
- Work towards individual and team KPIs
- Support the Help Desk team in delivering technical and customer service excellence
