Our client, a leading business in the Technology sector is seeking a 1st Line Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to growth this leading MSP is seeking a 1st Line Engineer to join their team, where you will be required to work closely with the Help Desk team, supporting a mixture of day-to-day tickets from clients along with supporting on project work from time to time. This is the ideal role either for someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an IT role, or a recent IT Graduate. Due to the location of the office candidates will be required to have access to their own vehicle and a valid driving license. Key Responsibilities: * Be the first point of contact for clients with technical support needs and requests * Work towards SLAs, ensuring a high level of service is maintained at all times * Continue to learn and enhance your technical knowledge, learning from those around you * Attend client sites when required * Provide a high level of technical support * Maintain clear and concise communication with clients at all times Key Experience: * A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an ITrelated role, or a recent IT Graduate * Confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels * Excellent grammar and communication * Windows Server (phone number removed) * Windows Desktop * Office 365 Administration * Basic networking understanding (DNS, DHCP) * Active Directory experience This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st Line Engineer to join a thriving business who are leasers within their field.
