James Frank Associates Ltd. is seeking a Funds Legal Assistant to join their international US law firm. You will support Associates and Partners in day-to-day matters, fund formation, operation, compliance, and fund transactions.
The ideal candidate has at least two years' experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in private funds or corporate work, with excellent administrative skills and the ability to work under pressure while keeping meticulous records.
