We are seeking a proactive and reliable General Maintenance Person to support the upkeep of our sites in Inchinnan and Westway, Glasgow. In this hands-on role, you will carry out a range of maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting and decorating, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment at all times.
You will monitor materials and equipment, highlighting any requirements to maintain effective operations, and work closely with external contractors to coordinate on-site repairs and maintenance. Carry out regular facility services and respond to requests for maintenance services.
- Repair basic plumbing, electrical and maintenance items as required, engaging contractors where necessary.
- Complete vehicle checks as required, drop off and collect vehicles from various garages for MOT and servicing.
- Complete painting and decorating, office furniture changes as required.
- Complete stock checks on all coffee & tea stations, refilling as needed.
A full UK driving licence is required. Candidates should be literate and numerate, with basic computer skills.
