The M365 Specialist role is responsible for implementing, managing and optimising JFS Microsoft 365 solutions. This position contributes to the organisation's M365 environment meeting the evolving needs of the business, maximizing productivity and collaboration across all teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to, evolve and execute the business’ strategy for M365 deployment, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Install, configure, and maintain M365 applications, focusing on optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure that M365 services meet the business’s security standards and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Provide expert support to colleagues and conduct training sessions to maximize the adoption and effective use of M365 tools.
  • Empower colleagues to maximise their M365 experience.
  • Address and resolve issues related to M365 applications, providing timely and effective solutions, these issues could be project related or issues escalated from the Group IT Service Desk.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in M365 technologies and continuously seek ways to leverage them for organisational benefit.
  • Adopt a consultative and collaborative approach to meet business requirements.
  • In line with the consultative approach, develop and deliver solutions, integrations with other systems, automations and efficiencies.
