  • Provide ongoing document control support across the Integrated Management System and project-specific activities.
  • Register, control, and issue all project documentation through the DMS with a fully traceable audit trail.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly checked, approved, and signed off by authorised personnel.
  • Manage the structure and permission settings within the JFR SharePoint system.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

  • Document control and administrative experience within an engineering environment, ideally in offshore wind, oil & gas, or the electrical power sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (DMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to respond quickly to requests and expedite information efficiently.
  • Auditing skills to verify document accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience maintaining document history, version control, and authentication.
  • Awareness of document security requirements and legal admissibility standards.
  • Ability to report, track, and interpret data.

Desirable:

  • Experience using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to build automated workflows, digital forms, and process-driven solutions.
  • Ability to translate operational requirements into digital tools, improving consistency, traceability, and auditability in document workflows.
  • Experience designing structured technical document templates.
  • Possess an understanding of typographic rules and best practices.

Why join us?

  • Competitive salary and benefits package aligned with experience (Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Cycle to work scheme, Company Pension, etc.)
  • Clear pathways for career development and organisational visibility.
  • Inclusive and supportive culture that values individual contributions.
  • Meaningful work with impact across safety, innovation, and global operations.
