James Fisher Renewables is seeking an exceptional Head of Global Sales to lead and execute our global commercial strategy at a pivotal time for the offshore renewables market. This is a highly influential leadership role with accountability for global order intake, strategic pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, tendering performance, and long-term market growth across our renewables portfolio.
Leading an international sales organisation, supported by a global tendering function, you will drive commercial performance across key markets including Europe and APAC, strengthening James Fisher's position as a trusted independent services and solutions partner to Developers, OEMs, EPCIs and asset owners. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our 5-year growth strategy across offshore wind and adjacent energy transition markets, ensuring the business remains positioned at the forefront of the global energy transition.
- Own global order intake performance across all service lines.
- Lead global sales and tendering activities to deliver annual budget and long-term growth targets.
- Drive robust pipeline governance, forecasting discipline, and conversion performance.
- Develop and execute a 5-year global sales strategy aligned to priority markets, customers and projects.
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships across Developers, OEMs, EPCIs and asset owners.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing international sales and tendering organisation.

Extensive senior commercial leadership experience within offshore wind, renewables, or adjacent energy sectors.
Strong experience leading global sales organisations across multiple regions and service lines.
Deep understanding of the offshore wind market, including Europe and APAC.
Demonstrated expertise in pipeline governance, forecasting, tendering strategy and commercial conversion.
Executive-level communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
