About The Role
9-12 Month Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover
Hybrid working with UK travel
We are looking for an experienced Talent and Resourcing Business Partner to join our high performing Global Talent and Resourcing team. You will fill Permanent and Fixed Term contract roles, attracting the best talent in the market and aligning to the Recruitment strategy. You will be experienced in designing and delivering training to Hiring Managers, building and executing resource plans, and supporting various recruitment projects. This requires travel to our various UK sites and at times globally, so you will come to us with a proven track record as an experienced Global recruiter and headhunter used to working in a high-volume senior In-house recruitment position.
The role can be based at any of our UK offices as we provide Hybrid working arrangements, but it does require regular travel to various UK sites.
Role Accountabilities
- Assist the Head of Talent and Resourcing in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead projects focused on process improvement, procedure creation, and training initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to senior managers on talent acquisition processes, best practices, and workforce planning.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including sourcing, assessment, and selection of high-caliber candidates.
- Act as a backup for the Head of Talent and Resourcing during their absence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, collaborating closely to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Proactively identify and engage top talent through various channels, maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
- Support with the redesign of the Agency PSL.
- Support with the continuous improvement and maintenance of the ATS, ensuring effective engagement across the group.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts UK wide and globally.
Knowledge, Qualifications And Experience
- Extensive full cycle in-house recruitment experience.
- Extensive experience in Global Recruitment.
- Proven ability to lead and execute Recruitment projects, such as process improvements, training initiatives, ATS updates, and procedure and workflow creation.
- Experience and ability to deliver excellent customer service by influencing, engaging, and collaborating with senior management, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.
- Experience using several candidate sourcing tools including ATS, job boards, and CV databases.
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks/roles/projects and prioritise demanding workloads.
- Strong IT skills (including all Microsoft Office Applications - Word, PowerPoint, Excel advanced).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse data, support with identifying trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
- Travel to meetings, tradeshows, and events across the UK (including some overnight stay).
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with a level of autonomy.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with a skills-based Recruitment framework would be advantageous.
