We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to play a pivotal role at the forefront of the offshore wind industry. In this role, you will lead in identifying and securing high-value opportunities across global renewable markets, transforming customer needs into winning solutions that deliver real impact. From shaping competitive propositions to closing strategic contracts, you will be instrumental in accelerating our growth ambitions. Working across our WTG Services portfolio, including blade services and wider wind-turbine services, you will connect technical expertise with customer insight, ensuring we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving sector. What you'll be doing:

  • Identify, develop, and convert opportunities into revenue aligned with strategic goals.
  • Manage opportunities end-to-end, from identification through bid, negotiation, and contract award, ensuring governance compliance.
  • Partner with technical teams to create competitive, value-led, and risk-aware propositions.
  • Develop strong, lasting connections with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Inform go-to-market plans using market insight, trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts that protect commercial and financial interests.
  • Keep pipeline data up to date with clear status and risk-weighted forecasts.
