  • Oversee change control processes, evaluating scope variations and impacts.
  • Capture and apply lessons learned to drive continuous improvement across projects.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong understanding of the Product Lifecycle with experience in new product development (NPD) within an engineering environment.

  • Proven ability to manage and mitigate risks on NPD projects.
  • Skilled in leading cross‑functional teams, including R&D and Marketing.
  • Experienced in project delivery within a matrix organisation, ideally in engineering.
  • Adaptable leader, capable of guiding teams through diverse challenges.
  • Delivery‑focused, committed to achieving objectives and deadlines.
  • Influential and collaborative, building long‑term internal and external relationships.
  • Effective communicator, able to tailor style for varied audiences.
  • Demonstrated safety leadership throughout project execution.

Why join us?

  • Competitive salary and benefits package aligned with experience (Private Medical Insurance, Company Pension, Life Assurance, etc.)
